SCHEDULE INTERVIEW

INTRODUCTION: Sales Bounce builds outsourced sales teams. We recruit, train and manage remote commission-only reps. Companies may need a start-up team or want to replace an existing team.

SALES PROCESS: You will call companies that are running job posts for sales managers and remote reps to introduce our service and invite them to our site. We do the presentation and close. Follow up as needed to get a decision. Companies are happy to learn that our service exists.

PAY PLAN. $500, $1,000, $2,000 per new account depending on option sold. Sales Directors can earn override commissions on each assigned team.

POTENTIAL EARNINGS: For typical $5,000 program you earn $1,000. As a Sales Director assisting to recruit, train and manage the reps on a team you earn a percentage of total sales. The override can vary depending on many factors. The time required each month per team can be perhaps 10 hours per month. You can be assigned multiple teams so the override commissions for you can be considerable. As an example say 5 reps with sales of $20,000 each and an override of 5% nets you $4,000. Now multiply by the number of teams.

RAMP. If you screen posts fast and are ablecontact prospective clients you can create a pipeline. A client struggling with a nonperforming team can sign fast and you can be paid a week later.

SELECTION. This is a sophisticated position for a top rep that can communicate to CEOs. That can boldly say without hedging that they should fire their sale manager and reps and hand it over to us. You need to be seen as an intelligent advisor. This is not a smile-and-dial gig for amateurs.
